Meet Lauren Hayes.

I’m an Ayurvedic Digestive Health Coach with my 500 Hour certification from Joyful Belly’s Master Ayurvedic Digestion and Nutrition Program.

Exploring the world is exciting, but frequent travel can come with a host of digestive issues. Constipation, diarrhea, indigestion, loss of appetite… All of these can prevent you from experiencing the new city you’re in to the fullest. I myself had constipation and a weak appetite in my daily life, which worsened when I hopped on a plane. So I know what it’s like to land in a new country and feel like you’re missing out because you can’t even enjoy the food!

But when I began applying Ayurveda to my life, I ended my constipation and regained hunger, and I knew how to listen to my body while traveling to keep myself healthy. Since becoming certified, I knew I wanted to help fellow travelers to more easily adjust to their destinations through their diet and lifestyle – all things that can be handled on the go! So I can’t wait to work with you to find digestive health and happiness.
